This is not a blog about goals that will take over our lives. This is a blog about wanting to be healthier. We're going to set our own goals and they may be small to some but they're everything to us. It's also not a blog about hating ourselves over the occasional Mars Bar.

Just a Quickie
So it would appear I am going back to hospital for a brain scan tonight so just a quickie
So no cycling but I have managed some walking. 12.9 miles done making a total of 66.5 miles with 433.5 miles to go!
That's awesome Fiona! That's over a 10th. Brilliant :D x
